NETWORK CONFIGURATION
If you run this Control Hub on one PC and your streaming software (OBS) is on an entirely different PC. This allows the streaming PC to access the overlay over the network.
If you run this Control Hub and OBS on the same PC. Localhost is faster and more stable for single-PC setups.
